1. Fall Programming!

September’s  here again, which means series! For me, it started with 90210 season 4 on Wednesday, ANTM 17 on Thursday and The Vampire Diaries 3 on Friday. J Excited for Gossip Girl on September 26^th!

1. Winning a blog giveaway!

Lest the number of gadgets on my sidebar deceive you, yes, I like joining blog giveaways. I dunno how that addiction started, perhaps it's the thrill that you can win something by simply liking a Facebook page or tweeting. Well anyway, it always seems impossible to win these things so I never expect. Imagine my shock when I got an email from Tatie Aquino that I, along with two others, won her blog giveaway!

Grateful Sunday 2

I haven't been able to write an entry this week cause I've been so busy--catching up with friends, helping out and fixing my papers (why I'm here in Manila in the first place). So anyway, here is my list for the second part of Grateful Sunday.

1. Getting here (Manila) safely.

I chose the picture cause I rode Cebu Pacific. :)

I'm glad I got to Manila safely, and with good weather too! I just slept the whole time during the ride. It's a sort of guilty pleasure, just to be disconnected for a good 2 hours. I remember when I read The Devil Wears Prada, Andy Sachs loved when she had to go to Paris and be on the plane for 7 hours cause it meant Miranda Priestly couldn't reach her. Not that I'm escaping anyone, but that's how I felt.

Grateful Sunday 1

One of the blogs I follow, A Beautiful Mess, shared some tips for new bloggers like myself. She said to develop features which are fun to write, something you could look forward to writing and what readers would look forward to reading. I chose to do Grateful Sunday to practice looking on the bright side. I am so blessed yet sometimes I fail to see that. I'm hoping that by reading this section, you would be able to reflect on your own life as well and see that there are a lot of things (even if they are small) to be grateful for.

 So, here it is: the first in (hopefully) many series of Grateful Sunday.
