When I found out that this month's Abreeza Fashion Forum was for Yosi Samra, I said yes immediately! First of all, I've heard so many raves about the brand and second, it was about shoes, and a girl can never have too many shoes. During the event, we learned more about the brand, as well as got a sneak peek at their holiday collection. :)
Yosi Samra was conceptualized by well, Yosi Samra after he saw women walking out of the clubs with their tiny purses and heels in hand. He thought that there was a need that should be met, and came up with foldable flat shoes. Fast forward to today, since its launch in 2009, Yosi Samra shoes and accessories are now available in over 1,000 boutiques in the United States and 85 other countries!
For this event, we had host Resci Rizada with Yosi Samra's brand manager Rina Malamug. Also present were familiar faces from the press, media and local fashion industry. We had yummy food and drinks catered by TGIFridays (Wilson and I love to kid each other that the free food is what we're really after when we go to events. haha)

Aside from flats, Yosi Samra also offers sandals that are comfortable and stylish!
Me with Rien and Yana :-) No, we didn't talk beforehand about being matchy
The Holiday Collection features bold animal prints, gold studs, metallic finish, suede and patent leather. The shoes are available in a wide array of colors, from soft hues like Nude and Rose Cloud to bold ones like Chili Tea and Empress Teal. Also available are iconic styles like the Orly, the Samara and the Abbey.
Yosi Samra just opened its latest branch at Abreeza about a couple of months ago.
Reunited with my DFB loves, Wilson and Rien! :-)
Christmas came early for us cause Yosi Samra generously gave each of us a free pair of flats! I've been wearing mine ever since I got it and I love it! It's super comfy and whoever picked my design out has an idea of what my style is like. It's so me! :) :) In fact, I just wore it to school awhile ago. Can't wait to post that outfit!
The dress code on the invite said "comfortable chic", so this is what I came up with.
I always associate comfortable chic with denims and a white top. I took it a notch higher to make it event-worthy (nukkks) by wearing these black shorts I got at H&M in Japan and pairing it with a gold chain necklace.
