August has just started and yet the wedding gown trends for Spring/Summer 2016 are out! So, if you just got engaged or are planning on having your wedding next year, you might wanna check this post out!
1) Bohemian
One of the biggest trends for 2015 is the bohemian look and looks like it will carry over to next year. Perfect for beach or outdoor weddings, bohemian-style gowns generally feature light and airy fabric. However, for S/S 2016, an air of carefree elegance will be lent through some amazing
lace wedding dresses, like the ones you can get at

2) Skin
Although not a popular choice for conservative brides, more casual or no-fuss brides nowadays go for a little skin action. While I personally believe it's not appropriate for a brides having church weddings, skin-baring outfits can still remain a bit tasteful by showing just a sliver of skin. This can be achieved through off-shoulder necklines and maybe a cropped/midriff top that shows a teeny tiny peek of skin, as shown above. This is probably a good choice for a civil wedding, or it could be used as a bridesmaid dress too.
3) Florals
Florals for Spring shouldn't even be called a trend anymore as it has always been a fixture at every Spring/Summer wardrobe. The only thing different every year is how florals are done. Florals, in this case, are given a new lease at life through lace appliques (we've been seeing a lot of lace lately) and sexy cuts like mermaid style wedding dresses.
4) Underwear
Boudoir-inspired dresses or underwear worn as outerwear dresses will also be a trend in 2016. Like the skin-baring style, this can be done tastefully, just like the dress shown above.
