When I'm shopping for clothes, aside from design/aesthetic value, I also factor into consideration the value for money. Meaning, I try to imagine how many times I'd be able to wear it. If I can think of more than 7 ways to wear it, I go for it! This is probably what UP Diliman's Clothing Technology senior class, the people behind Verano Clothing, was aiming for when they designed their collection.
With Verano Clothing, it's summer all year long (verano means summer in Spanish, by the way) with their collection featuring pastel hues and fun prints. They instantly give me this sort of modern romantic and feminine 50's vibe. So aside from looking stylish and channeling your inner retro girl, another great thing about this collection is that the skirt is reversible! That's right! So you get two looks in one! :)
The collection comes in four sets: Agatha, Dakota, Meadow and Willow, all of which you can mix and match. Each set comes with a cropped top and a reversible skirt and a headband. You can opt for just the terno (top+skirt) or just the headband, but why not just get both?
